My hair oil came spilling in the box and even when I cleaned it up and leave it standing it still manages to spill, the products itself are good but I’m so sad it came damaged because a lot of it spilled in the box

I love the products I ordered! As a new customer, I am very excited to continue using them and even received a travel sized free leave in unexpectedly. I do wish there was an improvement on the shipping process. The initial order confirmation stated it would take 1-3 business days to ship out but it actually took 7 days. Within those 7 days, I wasn’t able to see any order updates on the USPS website but it looks like that was due to late shipment. Thankfully the product arrived within 2/3 days after It was shipped.
First time using this shampoo and I really liked it. I used it with the be yourself mask and it left my hair super super soft!

I recently bought the Be Bols hair line because I have color treated hair that’s damaged. I used it and used the leave in before doing a roller set and GIRL!!! My hair was soft and not frizzy at all. My outcome was amazing and my hair already started looking alive with just one use. Definitely recommend!
This mask is very thick and detangling. The smell is lovely and the darker color feels potent and natural. It is intensely hydrating and smoothing.
This daily conditioner is very lightweight and absorbs instantly with superb slip and softening. The fragrance is quite masculine, like aftershave, but it's not a deal breaker. I also enjoy the potent, brown color.
Creamy and rich, the damage repair shampoo is nourishing and smells lovely. It provides deep hydration, smoothness and shine. My hair can air dry without frizz and doesn't feel weighed down or heavy. The pump is defective and only a very small amount of product can be dispensed, but customer service was unable to replace it so I'll try and find an alternative.
I ordered the product on the 9th of August and is already the 19th and all i see in the tracking provided by the company is that the label was created and nothing else. I messaged the company and nobody has got back to me.
The shampoo lathers up good and it smells nice. Only time will tell for the results.
