Our formulas are made in the Dominican Republic, using both national and international ingredients, in collaboration with top professionals.
Whenever possible, we choose ingredients derived from natural elements, but we also use necessary chemical raw materials.
Yes. Our formulas do not contain animal-derived ingredients.

Ginger Milk does not test products on animals. All our products are cruelty-free.

Each Ginger Milk product has been carefully formulated and is safe for all skin types. However, for specific concerns, it's recommended to review the ingredient list on the website and consult with your doctor if needed.
Yes. All products have undergone industry-standard testing. They are all FDA approved.
We recommend storing your products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
Shipping
We have authorized distributors outside the Dominican Republic who deliver to the following countries:
United States - Local distributors (delivery time: 48 hours) - CONTACT | +1 (754) 256-1275
Europe - Local distributors for Spain (Outside of Spain, the delivery time is 48 hours) - CONTACT
If you are not in any of these countries, we have the option to ship products through Express Mail Service (EMS) or, if you have a courier with a U.S. address, via USPS.
Items shipped outside of the Dominican Republic and the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or charges, which are not included in the total cost of your order and will not be covered or refunded by Ginger Milk.
We are not responsible for deliveries affected by customs issues, natural disasters, transfer failures between DHL and the local carrier in your country, labor strikes, or delays in air and land transportation once the package has left the Dominican Republic or the United States.
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be before placing your order.
Costs vary based on the weight of your order. However, we have the following list with the base cost according to the country you are in:
Dominican Republic - Dominican Pesos RD$ 200 (base cost)
United States - $5 (base cost)
Europe - €7 (base cost)
Outside of these countries, the shipping cost varies depending on the merchandise. For more information, you can contact us directly via our WHATSAPP.
Our products are available WORLDWIDE.
Express Mail Service (EMS) or USPS in the case of having a courier with a U.S. address.
We suggest getting in touch with us via hello@gingermilknaturalcare.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee it in all cases
During high-traffic events —such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, anniversaries, or special promotional campaigns— free shipping is not available.
Standard shipping rates will apply during these dates.
For example, from November 28 to December 1, due to the high order volume, free shipping will be temporarily disabled.
Purchases/Orders
Buying is as simple as just following these 5 steps:
Step 1: Choose the product you prefer from our catalog and the quantity you want to buy. Then click on ADD TO CART.
Step 2: Verify that your order is correct and click on CHECKOUT.
Step 3: Complete all the contact information and shipping address, carefully verify that your data is correct. In this step, you can enter your Discount Code if you have one and click on CONTINUE TO SHIPPING.
Step 4: Confirm your details, and if everything is correct, click on CONTINUE TO PAYMENT.
Step 5: Choose any of our payment methods: Credit cards (you need to fill in the details) or Cash on Delivery, then click on COMPLETE YOUR ORDER.
Yes, we have several retail stores all over the country. RETAIL LOCATIONS
You should contact us as soon as possible through info@gingermilknaturalcare.com. Please specify your order number in the email and include photos of the item(s) you received.
Order confirmations can take up to 24 hours to arrive. If you haven't received the order confirmation email after this time, please contact us via our WHATSAPP or through email at info@gingermilknaturalcare.com.
If you see duplicate charges on your account, wait a few days to see if it is automatically corrected. If it is not, please email us at info@gingermilknaturalcare.com with a screenshot showing the duplicate charge. Before doing so, make sure you placed only one order.
We suggest being careful when entering your shipping address as Ginger Milk is not responsible for orders sent to the wrong addresses.

Ginger Milk Natural Care reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges, changes, and refunds. All sales are final. If, for any reason, you receive a defective product, you should contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt. You will be asked to include photos of the product and the confirmation email for your order.
