If you are not in any of these countries, we have the option to ship products through Express Mail Service (EMS) or, if you have a courier with a U.S. address, via USPS.
Items shipped outside of the Dominican Republic and the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or charges, which are not included in the total cost of your order and will not be covered or refunded by Ginger Milk.
We are not responsible for deliveries affected by customs issues, natural disasters, transfer failures between DHL and the local carrier in your country, labor strikes, or delays in air and land transportation once the package has left the Dominican Republic or the United States.
