order was supposed to arrive on the 1st, it is now the 5th and still nothing.
I placed and order on November 27 2025 and I received a tracking number for ups which in their page says “shipping label created but package not received” and not progress at all. I sent emails to gingermilk and haven’t get a response.

Los productos de Gingermilk le prueban demasiado a mis cabellos iniciando por el shampoo ( ningún otro shampoo me había dejado el cabello tan nutrido y suave como este porque anteriormente otros shampoos me habían dejado el pelo súper duro. La mascarilla de cacao aparte de lo rico que huele me deja el Pelo súper brilloso e hidratado. Recomiendo sus productos 100%
I absolutely love how my curls feel. I fight so much with frizz and your products have made a huge difference in my first time using all the products in this collection I have 4b curls that tend to get very dry, knot underneath and frizzy as the week goes on since I shampoo once a week. So far my hair is not as tangled in the back underneath, definitely not frizzy and the curls are still looking like I just shampooed.
