I never leave bad reviews because business are important and mistakes can happen but unfortunately the company has not resolved my issues and they cannot even give me a clear response as to why I have not recieved my products. I have tried to reach multiple times and get different answers and still nothing it’s been 10 days since I was supposed to receive it. Still no one can tell me where the package is but a representative did say once we hand to UPS is out of our hands.

It arrived ok. Just tried once. Tha hair was somehow soft but nothing out of the ordinary.

I came across this brand while doing research, searching for a good natural shampoo for oily scalp. I read about it and I was intrigued so I ordered the be honest ginger shampoo and conditioner when it came in I was so excited to open the box, I really don't get all that excited about a package but when I opened this one it made me so happy. I could tell they packaged it with care and it was just the cutest packaging and design of the bottles. I could tell the product was natural just by looking at it and then smelling it, the texture of the shampoo makes it feel as if I am washing my hair with pure honey and I absolutely love that. The only downside to the bottles is they are not functional, very cute but I wasn't able to use the pump, I had to pour the shampoo on my hands each time I used it. Regardless of the malfunctioning pump I have finished my big bottle which lasted me about two months and I have very long hair that I wash every other day. And I just ordered two more shampoo bottles because I absolutely love the product. I noticed a little more control of oil, not much. But I've always had a very oily scalp and I do heavy workouts every day.
Anyway, thank you for making such a wonderful product, I love it.

I have been using all Ginger Milk products for curly heair for the last year. It is so far the only brand that has helped my hair looks and feel healthy. I'm also glad it is non toxic and vegan 💗
