I am loving these products everything I have tried do far is so moisturizing. The conditioner is thick but I just mix a little water to work it into my hair. Thank you ginger milk you have a customer for life.

I never leave bad reviews because business are important and mistakes can happen but unfortunately the company has not resolved my issues and they cannot even give me a clear response as to why I have not recieved my products. I have tried to reach multiple times and get different answers and still nothing it’s been 10 days since I was supposed to receive it. Still no one can tell me where the package is but a representative did say once we hand to UPS is out of our hands.
