first time purchasing and it was horrible I haven't try the products jet but the customer service is horrible, I still missing part of my order sent couples of emails and still waiting for an answer. order place on 12/03 and still missing items with not respond or information, no phone number where customers can get answers they questions. first and last never again.
Gel received appears watery and definitely not like the usual gel I have ordered from ginger milk. I reached out to customer service ice via email. No response from the company. Disappointed and will not be using products again

Overall presentation was beautifully done but my shampoo leaked out on the bag causing a dark stain , haven't tried the products yet but smells great
My favorite hair brand so far! I’ve been trying these natural products for a long time and my hair has grown a lot. It looks more shiny, hydrated and longer. I love the texture of their be generous hair mask, the natural ingredients on the shampoo, ampoules, oils and hair masks. And of course how it smells. So good! Can’t wait to try all their other lines. Thank you Ginger Milk for keeping your products so natural and free of sulfates. I highly recommend them 100% 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻
